Why is this app no longer updated?
Various bugs and issues reported by users but not updated in nearly two years.

Can’t see whole screen?
Anyone else have issues with not being able to see the entire screen on this app? Top and bottom both are cut off and I can’t find how to reset so I can see everything? Anyone know of a way?

View messed up
I just downloaded the OWA and so far it works ok, but the view is messed up. Would like to know how to remove the bar at top and bottom of screen so I can see all selections/options that currently are covered by tool/task bars.

Full menu
A lot of the time I have to close the app as bar at the bottom is too big and I can’t see the buttons at the top of the screen to close an email message

OWA for iPad - set up glitch
Initially, the App wouldn’t open and kept on “resetting”.
So I deleted the App AND now it won’t let me complete the set up.It keeps of freezing at “ passcode required” stage. It won’t let me tap continue.
I’ve tried this on a couple different iPads and have encountered the same problem.
Please fix this glitch ASAP.

Won't stop downloading update. Been stuck for a week.

Bottom info bar
You have a bug which increases the space that the bottom info bar uses. The bug should be fixed. There should also be a button to minimize the bar if this happens.

‘Protect’ only renders on 2nd attempt
When I try to send an encrypted message from my iOS browser or from the OWA app it does not give me the ‘Protect’ option upon first attempt. I have to close my message and try sending a new one to get that to come up when I click on the three dots.

OWA layout misformed
After opening an attachment and coming back to OWA the layout is misformed. The bottom bar is expanded and the top bars are missing.

ACCESSING SHARED MAILBOX
In the office, on our desktops, we run O365 with approx 12 accounts + 1no shared mailbox which we all have access to and move emails from our own accounts into relevant folders in the shared mailbox.
WHY are we are unable to do the same on our iOS devices?? There have been numerous requests for this but it seems to fall on deaf ears.
Microsoft? Please explain your difficulties.

The typed words are not visible on the mail unless pressing return. It’s really awful. What’s the solution

Reset crash
The app was working fine until recently, then a dialogue box appeared while trying to opne the mailbox: "Reset OWA. You need to reset OWA. Resetting will delete any information that hasn't been sent to the server." Clicking on RESET causes the app to crash, clicking on CANCEL simply delays the process and the error dialogue returns. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, but to no avail, it still constantly crashes. Any thoughts on how to resolve the issue?

Permission not enabled for owa mobile device
I have been using this account and this application fine for over a year. This morning I have lost all contacts and no longer have access, with the warning that I do not have permission to use owa for devices. Please fix ASAP and contact me once resolved

Flagging bug
For months now, when I tap flag, the app is unresponsive and often does not update the email to show the message’s flag status. What’s worse, once a message is flagged, it marks the read message as “unread,” which is very annoying.

Bottom Blue Bar
Ever gonna fix the too-tall bottom blue bar that makes the app unusable after opening an attachment? It's apparently a common issue but there's never any indication that a fix is coming. Geez....

When is this going to get fixed? I am not able to get my work done.

Continuing to download and update.
Support is nonexistent.
This is now messing with my ability to do my job.
