  1. Won't connect after reset, using latest iOS on iPhone. Worked fine until reset.

    Needs to be reconfigured to work with new iOS after rest of app.

  2. Quarantine

    Stop putting my important emails in quarantine and not allowing me access! The option to release to inbox does not work! I did not ask for this feature and I do not want it.

  3. Bug - Password Change = Loss of connectivity

    When my password is changed elsewhere (e.g. using my Windows 10 PC), OWA loses connectivity and there is no way to re-authenticate, effectively making the app useless.

  4. Search menu

    Add a Search or Go button when you are on the search menu. Right now, after you enter your query in the search field, you can hit Done and nothing happens or Return and the search query is submitted.

  6. Password Reset Errors and hacked account.

    Hello,

    I'm in immediate need of a password change. I have been attempting too for quite some time and I'm not sure the procedures. My email has been sending hundreds of spam emails DAILY! I would like to gain access back to my email. Please, post ideas on how to do so. I'm using an iPhone 6 w/ OWA application.

    The server asked me to update then save but I kept receiving a message saying "incorrect password". I can be reached at my backup email - majestikcf@gmail.com

  8. OME Viewer for the OWA all

    How do I integrate the OME Viewer app with the OWA app? I have Voltage encrypted emails that I need to open with OME Viewer or at least the Voltage app.

  10. Redundant app - get rid if it

    You have an OWA AND an Outlook app for the iPad, what's the point? There's so much redundancy, confusion & convolution in your product line, it's very annoying

  11. Deleted emails return.

    When I delete a bunch of older emails in my inbox they return when I refresh. I have tried deleting them from the deleted folder as well and they still return. Any ideas

  12. OWA app on iOS allows access to email with Conditional Access enabled in Intune

    I ran into this problem testing access to O365 company email for a client. We set up Conditional Access in Intune so that anyone with iOS or Android would need to have a compliant device (Have the Intune Company Portal App installed, etc.) in order to sync email down. Turns out that the OWA app on iOS gets around this setting. When setting up access to Exchange online email, we get the screen saying the device needs to be enrolled via Intune to get email.   13. Texting from contact card doesn't work with + character

    If you look at a contact card and tap the message icon, then choose a phone number with a plus in it, the messages app opens with a URL encoded plus in front of the number.

  15. Public Folder/Shared Mailbox is timing out. Having to restart the app to see updates

    I have users needing weekend access to public folders that receive regular updates and we use this app to view these. Problem we're facing is that after a short amount of time, mail flow appears to cease. In actuality, if the user closes the app and reopens it, the updated inbox items appear, but having to close and reopen an app over the course of a weekend just to refresh visible mail items seems silly. Can this be fixed?

  16. Scrolling

    When I am typing a message response, the text is not properly scrolling. It cuts it off after the first sentence or two and you have to scroll up and then down to make the text reappear.

  17. "Downloading update" and will not open messages

    The downloading update notifications has been present in the app for multiple days, however, I am unable to and/or respond to email messages. What is the solution to use the app and resolve the "downloading" of the update?

  18. Change language in the app

    No idea how to change the language in the app,
    No options in setting of the apps, setting of the phone. I even change my phone language so as to change the language of the app. Still fail

  19. Letters don't post in calendar description

    When typing input in the description field, you are typing blind. Once you hit ok you can see what you typed but not during.
