  1. Disconnected?

    I’m not sure why but I’ve be offline since last Tuesday and it won’t connect? Is there any issues with the app at the moment?

  2. Unsent items

    From mobile, I often cannot send outgoing mail. It will only show me “1 unsent” and no option to either try again or cancel it. I feel this would be very useful to have. Thank you!

    The Application does not work, it is stuck on "downloading App...." message. See all the forums.

  4. Refresh

    The app on my phone hasn’t updated since 12/13 (it’s 12/26) and the one on my iPad hasn’t updated since 12/21, no matter how many tomes I click the refresh button!!! What’s up with that???? Getting in and out of the app doesn’t refresh it either!!!!

  6. Email signature

    Even though I've created my email signature multiple times, OWA continually Defaults to "sent from OWA app" signature. I love the app but will discontinue using it if it doesn't retain my signature. How can I make my signature permanent?

  7. Disable OWA for Devices by Policy

    Exchange Online has a PowerShell command Set-OwaMailboxPolicy. In that policy, you should be able to disable OWA for Devices.

    The only way to currently disable OWA for Devices is on a per mailbox basis. The only way to currently disable OWA for Devices is on a per mailbox basis via GUI or the PowerShell command, Set-CasMailbox -OwaForDevicesEnabled:0.

    OWA for Devices should be considered a security risk by any org currently using Intune and and Azure AD Conditional Access because it doesn't obey MDM Compliance & Conditional Access policies.

    OWA for Devices also doesn't use modern authentication by default and thus…

  8. Password reset

    How come in OWA you can changed the startup saved password ? Now I have to delete the app and reinstall it.
    Not really user friendly unless here is a function hidden somewhere!!!

  9. Text "invisible" when typing

    I've noticed a bug of sorts with the latest update. Whenever I'm typing a semi-lengthy email (more than a sentence or two), the words I am typing will suddenly stop showing up. The cursor keeps moving and autocorrect is still correcting things, but I can't see them without either closing and reopening the email or scrolling around a bit until the text displays.

  10. "Downloading Update"

    For the past few days the app has said:
    "Downloading an app update. This may take a few minutes"

    No emails will open and this message will not disappear. Please fix!

  11. HELP!!! app is stuck "Downloading an app update."

    I keep getting a message stating that there is a pending download for the App that may take a few minutes, but it has been hours with the same message preventing me from receiving and reading emails.

  15. Can’t see whole screen?

    Anyone else have issues with not being able to see the entire screen on this app? Top and bottom both are cut off and I can’t find how to reset so I can see everything? Anyone know of a way?

  16. View messed up

    I just downloaded the OWA and so far it works ok, but the view is messed up. Would like to know how to remove the bar at top and bottom of screen so I can see all selections/options that currently are covered by tool/task bars.

    A lot of the time I have to close the app as bar at the bottom is too big and I can’t see the buttons at the top of the screen to close an email message

  19. OWA for iPad - set up glitch

    Initially, the App wouldn’t open and kept on “resetting”.
    So I deleted the App AND now it won’t let me complete the set up.

    It keeps of freezing at “ passcode required” stage. It won’t let me tap continue.

    I’ve tried this on a couple different iPads and have encountered the same problem.

    Please fix this glitch ASAP.
