  1. "Downloading Update"

    For the past few days the app has said:
    "Downloading an app update. This may take a few minutes"

    No emails will open and this message will not disappear. Please fix!

  3. Email signature

    Even though I've created my email signature multiple times, OWA continually Defaults to "sent from OWA app" signature. I love the app but will discontinue using it if it doesn't retain my signature. How can I make my signature permanent?

  4. Please fix OWA.

    The Application does not work, it is stuck on "downloading App...." message. See all the forums.

  6. Multiple Account Management/Sign out

    I would like to be able to connect to both my .edu account and my work account. It also makes absolutely no sense that an email app does not at least have the option to sign out so I can sign back in with my second account. It seems like very poor planning on Microsoft's part. I even downloaded the other Outlook app and can't even connect to my work server!

    Please keep ease of use in mind for your customers. I should be able to have access to both of my accounts at least one at a time if…

  8. "Setting up to work offline"

    I keep getting messages on the app saying it is setting up to work offline and it will take a few minutes.

    I left the app open and active for 30+ minutes and the same message appears.

    Either set it up or don't - I don't need this constant reminder of something that doesn't seem to happen

  9. Startup crash on iOS 8.2

    Takes an average of 5-6 attempts to open the app following my update to iOS 8.2.
    I used to occasionally have problems opening the app but it's not happening every time.

    How come in OWA you can changed the startup saved password ? Now I have to delete the app and reinstall it.
    Not really user friendly unless here is a function hidden somewhere!!!

  12. Text "invisible" when typing

    I've noticed a bug of sorts with the latest update. Whenever I'm typing a semi-lengthy email (more than a sentence or two), the words I am typing will suddenly stop showing up. The cursor keeps moving and autocorrect is still correcting things, but I can't see them without either closing and reopening the email or scrolling around a bit until the text displays.

    I’m not sure why but I’ve be offline since last Tuesday and it won’t connect? Is there any issues with the app at the moment?

  14. HELP!!! app is stuck "Downloading an app update."

    I keep getting a message stating that there is a pending download for the App that may take a few minutes, but it has been hours with the same message preventing me from receiving and reading emails.

  16. Fix - endless "Downloading an app update. This may take a few minutes"

    Working fine until 9/1/2015 then getting endless error (in title). No updates to iPad, no updates found at App Store. I cannot read/send work emails. Please fix!

  17. OWA for iphone error

    My OWA app on my iphone is not connecting anymore since the new app update so I cannot see if I have received any new emails as it says I am disconnected although my internet is working.

    Please fix this as it is important that I have access to my emails.

  18. App very unresponsive

    After viewing roughly three emails, the next email I select will not open. I have to press the folder button, then return to my inbox to be able to access more emails.

    In the calendar I have noticed something similar. When adding an event, after about 3 selections (naming the event, location, start time) the added calendar event becomes unresponsive as well. I have to attempt to leave the calendar and return to complete my event.

  19. Problems getting emails in

    Emails will not send or recieve I'm having the same issue as the poster below. It notifies that there has been a new email but will not refresh and load the new emails. I have been using this app with no problems for about 3 months now and all of a sudden it stopped working last night. Fix?

  20. Unsent items

    From mobile, I often cannot send outgoing mail. It will only show me “1 unsent” and no option to either try again or cancel it. I feel this would be very useful to have. Thank you!
