Office365 credentials must be re-entered each time
I have been using your Outlook app, as well as the OWA app on my Apple iPhone 7. Some time ago, I put in a support request, because the Outlook app suddenly started requiring me to enter my work Office365 credentials almost every time I opened the app. After a considerable amount of time, an update finally came through that solved this problem.
However, a few weeks ago, the problem came back again, and it occurs in both the Outlook app as well as the OWA app. I use Outlook for all my accounts, including my work Office365 account. I use OWA exclusively for the work Office365 account. The only account which experiences the lost credentials is the work Office365 account. Can you please fix this problem again? Thank you.
The problem does not occur with the regular Outlook client on a Windows PC, and it does not occur with the web app.
