Screen on time is 2.5hrs max everyday. Apple store refuses to replace under warranty.
So my wife's phone (XS) is only getting two and a half hours of screen on time maximum every single day, usually in the low 2 hours.
I've done my research and turned off background data, Siri stuff, and location stuff. She keeps her screen at 30% nearly all the time and doesn't really stream videos.
Should I contact corporate this time or try the apple store for the 3rd time? She still has 3 months on the warranty?
More info: it looks like the normal apps drain battery, but at an extreme rate compared to my phone for example. We did a hard reset about 2 weeks ago with no change.
