How can we improve OWA for iPhone/iPad?

It would be helpful if it were possible to search all folders, not just the current folder.

    The search tool is useless, it simply doesn’t work. Because my company only allows this app on iPhone, otherwise I would delete it immediately. When is this going to be fixed??

    There's no search box for email in the latest version. Only within calendar and contacts.
