  1. ios 9 beta

    The app isn't compatible with iOS 9 beta 1 -- can't login. Initially takes the info, says it 'can't find settings', then manually entering server info as outlook.office365.com doesn't work either.

  2. Switching from calendar to outlook

    Just recently it seems that when I am in the app using outlook, switch to the calendar, and then back again...the list of emails is blank. The count at the top still shows I have emails but the list of emails that were there just before I switched are gone. Just to clarify, it is just a view thing...the emails are still there I just can't see them. I then need to close the app and restart to have them reappear.

  3. Format disappeared in phone version

    i have drafted an email using my laptop and saved it as a draft.

    After i used my phone to send out the drafted email, i found that the format was changed. Even worse, a table in the email has changed into plaint text. It's horrible! This makes a big trouble for my work!!

  4. Attachments don't always open

    Clicking on word or msg file attachments in email don't always show the expected file. Blank screen.

  6. Read the feedback - fix the 'mark as junk'

    Please read the requests and act on them. Just because there aren't 5 million requests for it, doesn't mean you don't need to fix it.

    Once the reader decides that an email is junk/spam, it should then be immediately sent to the junk file. It used to work before but it hasn't for at least 6 months to a year. Please fix it !!

  7. Separate Operating System in DeviceUserAgent Description

    Exchange 2013 Active Sync uses the name Outlook-iOS-Android/1.0 as the DeviceUserAgent to describe the app. The app will force full disk encryption on any device if it is configured in Active Sync. Due to the ongoing encryption issues with Android, it would be great if the description would list it as Outlook-iOS/1.0 or Outlook-Android/1.0 then we can quarantine or white list based on that description.

  8. Problems getting emails in

    Emails will not send or recieve I'm having the same issue as the poster below. It notifies that there has been a new email but will not refresh and load the new emails. I have been using this app with no problems for about 3 months now and all of a sudden it stopped working last night. Fix?

  11. Crash Crash Crash!!!

    The program was crashing before I just upgraded the iOS for iphone5 but now it's even worse. It keeps crashing whenever I open it. Please fix!!

  13. Notes

    When you type a note on a appointment the note only shows the first letter then the rest of what you are typing is white out. It will not show the rest of what you typed until you hit the done button.

  14. Skype for business How to disable the option to change the status time frame?

    Users does have the permission to modify their status time change this on an organization wide shows users online for that period but actually the user may not be online.
    Is there any organization wide settings to disable this option? or any future update could enable this settings

  16. PLEASE READ. YOUR APPS SUCK.

    For some reason, on my Galaxy now, I'm not receiving newer emails. I'm getting notifications, but the newer emails aren't showing. Is it because I've gone over 1000 emails on my Galaxy phone app? If that's the case, that's pretty pathetic that it does that.

    Second, why the **** does the app on my iPad keep crashing or closing in the middle of composing an email??!!??!!?? It seriously happens maybe every 30 seconds. I then have to log back in and it's becoming a hassle, never seen anything like this ever. Horrible.

    Lastly, you guys need more features. An option…

  17. Is it supposed to not open e-mail?

    For the last couple of hrs I can't open e-mail? I can see them. I just can't open them. Is this a new security feature?

  18. Bug: cannot turn off notifications

    In the app settings, "notifications" are always set to "on". Even if the box for calendar notifications is unchecked, the settings screen still says that notifications are "on".

    There is no checkbox for email notifications (as opposed to calendar notifications), so you cannot have calendar notifications turned on while email notifications are turned off. The only way to disable email notifications is turn off notifications for the entire app in iOS, which prevents you from getting calendar notifications.

  20. Refresh doesn't work on wifi but it works on 3G

    Here's my idea- allow me to refresh my inbox while connected to wifi please?!
    Right now it only works when I switch to 3G.
