App fails to connect to outlook.office365.com
The app used to work fine. It stopped updating on July 21st and hasn't worked since. I have reinstalled and now it says that the server outlook.office365.com cannot be reached.
Since latest update (September 2015) OWA is not connecting to the server anymore (same messages as from EROS11. Saw similar comments on GooglePlay the last days, so seems to be a general problem.
Devices are Samsung Galaxy 5 and Sony Xperia Z.
The solution is highly appreciated as needed urgently. Any idea about it?
I have a Note 4 and am currently having this issue. Is there a resolution? When I try to sign-in using the Advanced Settings (the basic fails instantly saying that it couldn't find my settings), I get a message that says, "Couldn't connect. We couldn't connect to the server. Check your information and make sure it's correct."
I have triple-checked all of my information and it's correct. Hoping you can help.
That is Office365 Platform (Is it Office365ProPlus?). I hope the issue is fixed.
