    3 days now it is still downloading and won't load calendars or messages. Why does this keep happening, third time this year for me. Is this quarterly updates or something? I keep removing the app, restarting phone and reinstalling nothing works. This is getting in the way of me doing my job - so frustrating!

    After almost 2 weeks got the app working again using the uninstall, reboot, re-install process. I had done this previously and it did not work but this time it did, go figure. Would still be great to know what went down here or have some comments from MSFT about this.

    It has now been a week for me since the app stopped working - would appreciate some sort of acknowledgment and idea of when a solution/ patch can be expected. This is a major issue for me as I rely on this app for work. Very disappointing

    yes same here. I rely on this app for on the go scheduling and email updates. Have had the issues since Saturday. Have rebooted, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, tried re-installing through company vpn and then again this morning on company secured network. Nada.
