    Resolved (Android)
This can be resolved by the end user on Android. The OWA App must be granted "Administrator Rights" on the phone / tablet. Add the OWA App to the "Phone Administrators" group. Once added to "Phone Administrators, OWA will then complete the "backdoor update" that Microsoft is pushing out and then require the user to "Reset" the app and log back in. I am not familiar with the settings on an IOS device, so I don't know if or how an app can be set as a Phone / Device Administrator.
