The app respects a user’s mobile device policy with regards to simple PIN, complex PIN and encryption. Can you provide more details about your mobile device policy?

Our company mobile device policy is fairly straigtforward: 4 digits passcode, simple pass code not allowed, mandatory device and SD card encryption. During OWA for Android setup it requires passcode stronger than policy. It does not clearly state what is required but when i entered alphanumerics pass code it got accepted. We have number of people in our organization which confirm this behaviour.
