    The app respects a user’s mobile device policy with regards to simple PIN, complex PIN and encryption. Can you provide more details about your mobile device policy?

    Having the same issue with OWA for Android. The mobile policy is for a 4 digit pin, which does work properly on IOS. However, on an Android device, it was asking for a complex password. Using Activesync on the same device only required a 4 digit pin, which is the correct behavior. Seems the Android client needs to be fixed.
