    I have had this exact same issue for 6 days now. Still stuck in the "downloading an app update" limbo. Uninstall and reinstall made no difference - same issue. This app is great when it works but more than 50% of the time there are issues like this that seem to occur for no discernible reason and prevent it functioning. Not being able to access messages/calendar/contacts whilst on the move is driving me mad. Why does Microsoft feel that businesses can operate with this degree of unreliability?
